Home is where my hideout is ... ...

With the dark wierd dreams, racing heartbeat, heavy head and sleepless nite.
A day's stay at home could be quite good for recuperation.
Away from the buzz and computer screen,
Getting some sleep was difficult. This is rare.
With the numbness and the spinning head,
All it did was a pill that gave me serenity once more.
Though the anxiety from hiding still exist,
It's calmer now ... ...
Maybe a tv show may do the trick
To resume my normal self ...
And come back to reality and face the world again.
