Living in the Past

Very often I hear people saying, "Those were the days"... ...
Why is the past always happier than it is now?
Have you ever wonder?
Was it because we were younger then? And there were less worries?
Or was it because we had less expectation?
Or was it really due to the fact that those days where really the time of our lives?

Moving on can be difficult depending on what situations we are trying to get out of.
But trying isn't that hard actually.
